You must come to our shop in Palo Alto in order to review or pick up a hard copy proof (aka "first article" or "sample") of your project. We'll contact you to verify schedule. Proof review may add to the turnaround time so please plan accordingly.

Same day turnaround is available for some products, such as business cards. If available, artwork must be received by 10:00 a.m. for orders to be ready for pick-up at 4:00 p.m. Always call to confirm schedule availability. Standard turnaround time is 2-3 days.

We prefer high resolution PDF files but accept other file formats as well. Please see our File Preparation Guidelines page for more information. If you encounter difficulties with the file upload process, please use the File Upload link in the top menu and reference this order number after completing your checkout. If submitting Word or Pages files you may want to see at least a soft copy proof, if page breaks and font matching is critical. NOTE: You may upload multiple files.

This catagory is for digital color prints that are collated or sorted loose, either one or two-sided. Stapled sets are an option as is 3-hole punching. We offer a wide range of quality papers, including 100% recycled options.

If you need the piece folded, please use the Full Color Brochures & Letters product page assessible by clicking Booklets, Programs & Newsletters on the Categories sidebar at the right. If you need the document bound, please click on the Bound Books & Presentations category and chose one of the available binding options.

We also do longer run offset color projects in partnership with the area's top tradeshops. Click the Contact Us link below panel and send us your specifications and we'll get you a quote.

Many surveys have shown that color printing communicates more effectively than black & white. If your budget allows -- and hopefully our affordable pricing will help -- consider doing it in color!
