You must come to our shop in Palo Alto in order to review or pick up a hard copy proof (aka "first article" or "sample") of your project. We'll contact you to verify schedule. Proof review may add to the turnaround time so please plan accordingly.

* Turnaround Time:

Same day turnaround is available for some products, such as business cards. If available, artwork must be received by 10:00 a.m. for orders to be ready for pick-up at 4:00 p.m. Always call to confirm schedule availability. Standard turnaround time is 2-3 days.

We prefer high resolution PDF files but accept other file formats as well. Please see our File Preparation Guidelines page for more information. If you encounter difficulties with the file upload process, please use the File Upload link in the top menu and reference this order number after completing your checkout. If submitting Word or Pages files you may want to see at least a soft copy proof, if page breaks and font matching is critical. NOTE: You may upload multiple files.

Advances in high-speed laser printer technology make it possible to print great looking envelopes using a digital press. Combined with so-called variable data input, digital printing allows for personalized addresses to be printed similtaneously with the return address. And digital envelope printing in color is affordable for smaller order quantities.

Of course, the traditional way of printing envelopes -- offset printing -- still has its advantages at higher quantites so we partner with top area trade shops to offer competitive pricing for top quality envelopes. Please contact us using the link below for quotes on quantities over 1000.

We offer both Commercial No. 10 and No. 9 sizes as well as various annoucment and catalog envelopes in a choice of papers. If you don't see what you need, please contact us.
